I have an assortment of seat belts and & various parts. These are the smaller buckles, some have blue buttons some have black buttons. Some have the slots for the optional shoulder belts, and some do not. What years do these fit? Here's a pic:

i think the ones on far left are for convertible or coupe with shoulder belt option. I do not see the shoulder belt though in the pile.
Yes, the keyhole slots are the shoulder belt attachment point. I think that started in 1972.
FYI, the belts should have a white tag sewn onto them. The tag will have the model number and year of manufacture. The tag is sewn onto the end of the belt near the attachment point; for the retractor belts you have to pull the belt all the way out of the retractor to see it.
