Center console painting inquiry

Anyone ever (changed paint) or painted a center console?

Best practices & brand/quality of paint to use?

Thanks,

- Prophe'C

I'd like to know the answer to this as well. If you find out anything or do it yourself I'd like to know how it goes.

Never painted a console , but for all the other dash plastic that I painted, I used Sem's three part system. Plasic prep, Sand free and there top coat.

I did my console, I soaked it in hot water and scrubbed it, Then used the SEM prep, sand free and then the SEM black. Came out great. Make sure the console if very clean and prepped for best results. You can see mine in my thread "Interior gutted with questions"
