Looking for advice from my paint and auto body folks here. What are my options for repairing this mess? Discovered that the outer wheel well has rusted some and separated from the quarter skin, and that the previous owner patched some with metal plates and then filled the rest of the space in with spray foam. I’ve scraped most of the spray foam out, and there’s an opening into the trunk area as a result. Is it going to need the quarter cut out around the wheel arch in order to repair this? Thanks in advance.
