I ordered the Fairchild set of window sweeps from RockAuto.com and the contour looks correct but the pics online didnt show the top side of the trims. They come with this dinky little chrome bead as opposed to the inch-ish wide chromed aluminum trim the originals have. Has anyone else encountered this issue? I paused installing to get some advice. I really would rather not sacrifice the OEM look but after searching countless websites it would appear that true OEM style aftermarket ones don't exist. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

If they fit right then you should probably use them. Unfortunately, there's not a lot of aftermarket support for B/C body Oldsmobiles. Did you check these suppliers?
