1971-72 Cutlass Window Felts

1971-72 Cutlass Window Felts
Just picked up a set of exterior window felts from a local. They were represented as 1971-72 but the front pair are 4" too short, measuring at 36" long. Could they be for a car with vent windows? I would like to figure out what they belong on to recoupe a little of my investment.
