1969 Cutlass hood swap?

Yes a 70 (only!) OAI will fit on a 69 and look awesome. I believe the latch, tooth, and perhaps core support must either swap or be modified. There are several threads on this site with details from those who have done it.

Okx thanks , ill continue to search and try and find out all the details . When looking at the stock 69 and 70 W-25 ram air hood the only thing that looks like it would need to be modified is the tooth. I see that yearone sells the 70 ram air fiberglass hood p/n BB390T and Hood Extension , not sure which year hood extension to get , 69 or 70. Thanks

I think some minor modification is needed to make the latch mechanism work
unless you want to just depend on the hood pins.
You'll also need the brackets that bolt to the core support for the hood pins.
OPGI has a complete hood pin kit on sale right now:
