I see some differences in posts when i use the search on this. I just pulled a rod cap and 2 main caps on my new build. My mains were on the loose side of .002 on the plastigauge scale but not .003. my rods were dead on .002. The rods have .010 side clearance. It was 21-25 ft lbs to turn it over (hard to read while turning) What do the experts here say about this?
