Cam gear bolts...

Looking for a set of cam gear bolts for a 455. Does anyone know where I can get a set?

Or if someone knows what size, pitch and length let me know and I'll get some grade 8 bolts from the hardware store.

Thanks!

Chevies have 3 cam bolts.

Olds have 1 bolt.

You need to get educated on the Olds stuff.....

The bolt for an Olds is not just a plain bolt. It has a smooth end on it that rides on the timing chain cover. Supercarsunlimited has these for about $9. Here is a link. http://www.supercarsunlimited.com/It...CategoryID=116 Bottom of page.

Is it just the one bolt that holds the cam gear and fuel pump eccentric?

Just one. There is a hole in the fuel pump eccentric that lines up with a dowel pin on the cam.
