Is there any differences in a 394 off a starfire compared to a 394 off a dynamic?

Pistons (higher compression) and possibly the camshaft, depending on which 88 you have. In 63 the engine got an aluminum front cover that doesn't interchange onto earlier blocks.

Pistons, cam, chromed valve covers, chromed air cleaner, chromed downdraft tube, chromed oil cap, and depending what year (think '61) valves are bigger

So in what years are parts interchangeable? I have a 62 Dynamic and trying to make it true dual exhausts. Need to know what manifold and what year would work? I heard a drivers side exhaust manifold off a 63 or 64 starfire would work. If so, would there be any modifications or chnages have to made to make it work? Thanks for your time. Just spinning my head in circles down in Americas Finest.
