Fast idle cam

Hey guys, this might be a dumb question, but which step is considered the "low step" on this fast idle cam? Would it be the longest, lowest section, or the short section that is the next step up? Thanks so much!

That's not a dumb question at all. I was wondering the same thing. So what's the furthest step considered? I see 4 steps, that the cam follower will snap into, right? What's the 4th and final one considered? I always thought that was what was considered the "low step".

I think the one lower never engages the fast idle screw, so it's not considered a step.
