too many heads

once upon a time this guy I know decided to build a strong but streetable 455. He set out to find parts, gave in to the lure of "more is better" and the voice of his 17 year old son, and ended up with 2 455 blocks, a set of G heads rebuilt and ready to run, a set of small valve C heads milled and checked but bare, and a brand new set of edelbrock aluminun heads from Mondello, with their pushrods and a comp 42-224-4 cam (230/236,110 lc,520/523 lft) and a set of roller rockers.
Fast forward 3 years, son is away to college, car still has running 350, though it is a little tired, and the guy only uses car for sunday afternoon cruises with the wife and an occasional car show. He decides now is a good time to complete the 455 and get it into the car, but can't figure out what combination to use. He is thinking of selling the edelbrocks to finance the install and buying the valves, springs, keepers, retainers, pushrod guide plates to finish C heads or selling cam too and putting in small cam with G heads.
In my infinite wisdom, what should I recommend to him?
