Is there a standard size on the freeze plugs for the block? Its a 73 and the rear on the passenger side gave way in the driveway (I knew it would soon) it had some rust on it but I am unsure of what size it could be I can get to it by dropping the exhaust crossover down and partially cutting it out I can get a hammer in there to hammer it home but I am unsure of the size?

Any recommendations? Do they make multiple choice kits? T.I.A

I have found out that it is 1.5 diameter! I love google!

One tip for "hammering it home": Find a socket size to barely fit inside the plug. Wrap a piece of electrical tape around the socket so it will fit snugly and stay in the plug while you're under the car. You can hammer the socket or put in an extension and hammer the extension.
