The stamp on my 67 400 cylinder head is V209403, what does this stamp tell us? Thanks

V = 400 cid engine application
209403 is the production number
A 442 should also have a G after the numbers to denote high compression engine application.

While less likely, the 400 was also available in the Cutlass line with the Police Apprehender package in 1967.
