what is this hole for and how to clean it

thats pretty cool about the oil filter. i hadnt heard of that. i know they make really powerful drainplugs (can hold a piston and rod)

THAT'S IT!~the same one that I saw at the dealer! So I followed the links you posted all the way back to the dealer I found the magnets at. And they still want about 80.00 for it. That seems like a good deal now since I won't have to go through paypal, or worry about shipping.

Now, the question has to be asked: Is it worth putting onto an old car, or should this be something that you put on new? I do oil changes on both our cars about every 3000 miles.

they actually make 3 different strengths you can buy. they only list an olds 98 as an option (not sure if it matters) the cheapest one is 47 dollars i believe.

also, i saw that jegs and summit racing also sells them.

personally, i would put them on these old cars. especially with how much people push them and the outdated technology (for the most part)
