What can you tell me about my engine?

What can you tell me about my engine?
I know its a 425 but other than that I have no idea about compression ratio or what the engine originally came equipped with. I tried to figure it out by looking at the info in the chassis manual but now im even more confused.
Number from the right cylinder head behind alternator: 98 6683204
Number on top of water pump: 389244D
They are B heads.
