I cannot identify this bracket and wondering if anyone else can which I assume is for either alternator or power steering or possibly both. It came with a box of parts for a 1976 block but I don't see it in the service manual or exploded diagrams online. It has a part number of 9193.

It might be from a Chevy or Pontiac because it has the (-) cable bolted onto it, whereas the block I received has the cable still bolted onto the cylinder head stud.
