Tri-carb flat spot!!

ill try here to list as much info as i can to see if any body has some suggestions on this issue, we have a 455 +40 in our 67 442 jm 18-20 cam 342 cogs 2800 stall 3x2 the car runs great. just from a dead stop there's a hesitation for just a moment then blast off, if you also hit it hard at a 20 mph punch it will hesitate for just a moment then go, we have 72 jets in both end carbs and 67 jets in the center, i went down to 65 center and 68 outer still the same thing happens, but the car i could tell was slower, so i switched everything back still with the hesitation, i ran it with just the center 2 bbl and no bog at all the car just flew, no problems at all even at operating temp 180 but all hooked up thats when it does it, when the car is cooler its almost gone when it hits its temp 180 then it does it, its only a 10.1 motor we do run 110 octane in it, timing is set an 10 degrees..34 degrees total. any info would be much appreciated, john..........
