Smile Are the rod journals in spec

Hi there,
i messured my rod journals today.
Here are the sizes:
  1. 2.497
  2. 2.497
  3. 2.499
  4. 2.497
  5. 2.497
  6. 2.497
  7. 2.496
  8. 2.496
From font to back.
They look very good,
only the last 2 have some scratches you can feel them with the fingernail.
What do you think are they in spec (I don't know the specs) or I've to reground them.

THX for help

Did you round any of those up or down? You're missing the tenths. Normally they'll be something like 2.4985, that would be 2 inches, 4 hundred ninety eight thousandths and 5 tenths.
If those numbers are correct it's small and will have to be ground .010 under.

Still need specs

Hi sorry my sliding caliper can't display more details,
perhaps I let the shop measure it but therefore I need the specs for rod and main journals (for standard bearing size)

THX

Yes, let the shop measure it! The machine shop where I used to work for, slapped my hand for using caliper on precise dimensions, always use a micrometer!!!!!
