PCV Valve

I have a 70 442 with a 455 and an aluminum factory manifold. There is oil always seeping out the port in the front of the manifold where the PCV elbow goes onto.
It leaked since I purchased the car and with the stock cast iron heads. When I remove the intake to install aluminum heads it had the bathtub gasket.
I installed the aluminum heads with and aftermarket baffle and it still seeps oil from the fitting.
Any ideas how to stop the oil seepage?
Thanks,
Joe

The steel nipple that the PCV el attaches to is pressed in to the aluminum manifold.

To fix this properly, press out the nipple from the bottom and reinstall with sealing compound.

As an alternate, you could try removing all oil from around the bottom of the nipple and applying an epoxy at the nipple-to-manifold area. Any traces of oil will interfere . So it's a bit of a gamble; however, it is easier to try.

Are you absolutely sure it's not leaking down from the rubber elbow? Maybe try a hose clamp or new elbow, that tube is really in there good.

Thanks VC455 and dragline, This was a new elbow hose last year, I will try the hose clamp first and then the nipple.

Could it be that the PCV valve isn't functioning properly and the leak is the blow-by pressure pushing out?
