Olds engine mount question

G'day guys. Can't say I post too often but I definitely use it for a lot of information. Today I'm hoping some guys can help me out here. I am rebuilding a 1972 Chevy K20 4x4 3/4ton pickup truck. Has a custom engine crossmember and a 455 under the hood. I am just about the put the engine/tranny back in and found a crack on one of my (not exactly sure of the proper term) engine mount to frame bracket. I have looked everywhere online in Canada and the USA and cannot find this bracket. I got new engine mounts but not the bracket to actually bolt it to the frame. Nearest I've found is this but mine only has one hole on the bottom of the mount. I am thinking I may have to buy this and modify to my liking. Does anyone know where to find a bracket like this from other places other than ebay or from a scrap yard?? Any other info would be appreciated. Thanks guys,
HK

What about just getting your current bracket welded?

Well, first of all, the photo in that ebay ad is upside down. The mounts install with one bolt on the bottom and two on the top. The ad is also incorrect in that those are 1969-72 BBO mounts for a Cutlass. They are NOT correct for a 68.

Back to your problem. Post a photo of your mount. Are you saying that you have only two bolts holding your frame mounts to the frame, instead of three? If so, you likely have the mounts used on the 1978-88 Cutlass and 1977-1990 full size cars with Olds motors, like this:

joe_padavano those are the mounts exactly. Don71 you are correct I have read that in many places. I understand about keeping big block mounts together and small block mounts together, as that centre bolt height is different. I just haven't ever seen any for sale from aftermarket dealers. Has anyone bought new? I will probably get mine repaired if I cannot find another one from a scrap yard, forum or new. That being said, anyone got one for sale?
