Old school M/T valve covers. Need a breather that fits
These valve covers have an odd “D” shape for the breather and PVC valve. Does anyone know of a breather that fits well? The one that I bought fits too loose.

The opening on those M/T valve covers for breathers are actually D-shaped ( and from memory so is on stock valve covers), but the stock rubber grommet fits those great. Then you can mount your breathers.

I have the M/T valve covers and I bought the grommets from RockAuto. The aluminum M/T covers are thicker than the stock, stamped steel, so I had to modify mine with a Dremel to get them to fit. FYI, the M/T covers do not usually have baffles inside, so you may have some oil in the PCV valve; also the grommet holes are not centered like the stock covers so if your running a stock air cleaner, the metal tube probably won't reach the valve cover.

Doesnt all of the M/T valve covers have spot for baffles? They are not huge, but baffles none the less. I have NOS ones, and even drawings from them. Attaches with self-screwings to two bosses cast underneath.

They do have screw-in baffle plates - I have a set with the baffles intact.
you can probably make them from sheet metal if you had to and it would be a good idea to have them so you're not sucking large amounts of oil through your PCV.

I'm looking for the baffles that screw in just like this:
Any Help is greatly appreciated!
