Question Oil Cooler?

Is anyone running an engine oil cooler?

I think Joe Padavano said that a diesel oil filter adapter has the provisions to add an oil cooler.

All thoughts, comments, and install information is appreciated.

Any kit that allows you to mount your oil filter remotely should make it easy to run an oil cooler. You just have to get hoses manufactured that will run from the remote filter to the oil cooler and back. I know most local parts stores can crimp hose ends.

Yeah, he might have...

These items are tough to find these days, so just use an aftermarket spin-on adapter that sandwiches on top of the filter. You can get low-cost oil coolers from a wrecking yard, either in newer pickup trucks or pretty much any Northstar powered car.
