Hi everyone, Im needing the name of a reliable machine shop in Houston to do the work on my motor, someone who knows oldsmobile motors. I want to get it balanced and anything else it may need. I just disassembled it and it really looks good inside. Its a 67 400 E block, I think its a virgin as it still has the nylon cam gear in it. Surely that would have been changed if anyone were ever into the motor. Bearings all look good and no ridge in the cylinders. Now i believe the odometer 52,777 mi. It ran great but was so greasy i just want to get it cleaned and checked. Valve job of course.
Anyway i really need the name of a good shop in Houston which is not too far from me
