Just got this 455

Picked this up today for $250. It's a 455 with J heads. I know the heads are crap but for $250 I couldn't pass it up. How can I get more info about this engine? Is there any difference between different production years? I tried to look up exhaust manifold numbers on 442faq but it just says XXXXXXXXX.
I am planning on selling intake, power steering pump, exhaust manifolds and heads(for scrap metal I guess)
I think it's a perfect candidate for a 468 with aluminum heads.

Nice. I like the LH "X" manifold- what's on the right side, my "Y" with heat stove?

What is the water pump ID?

You can tell the year also off the oil fill tube:
3xxxxxx = 1973
6xxxxxx = 1976

With J heads, it is probably a 73-76 but it COULD be a '68 455 with X-? manifolds, and J heads added later.

This is the pic of the right side
It seems to be from a 65-68 cutlass/442 according to 442faq.
