Intake manifold question

Does anyone have any experience with Offenhausers intake manifold for a big block Olds? Looking for any input. As good as stock? Good low end torque? Is the torker a better choice? Just looking for something to put on a mild street build 455.
thank you.
Do you know anything about this intake? Do you know anyone that has used it?

I think inthe past Joe P has stated the offy is the same as the stock iron intake -25 lbs.

I'm pretty sure that what JoeP has said is that the factory W30 intakes are the same as the iron ones as far as flow. He's also said that the Offy intakes pretty much suck, at least the flat single plane ones. And don't get me started on the goofy dual port versions.

The first question to the OP is, how are you using the engine? Car? Gears? Engine mods? The intake needs to be matched to the rest of the system. For a mild motor, get an E-brock dual plane.

If your looking to maximize torque that intake is at the bottom of the list as far as I'm concerned. Stock would be way better. You should go for a dual plane.
