Ignition Timing

Just replaced the stock distributor on a 68 400 engine with a Msd ready to run electric distributor. Can someone tell the timing spec? I dont know what to set it at. Thanks

I would set it to where it was with the old system and go from there!

It explains a lot, and i did let it recurve to the specs as explained on my hei / distributor thread.
