I had Black Jack or Hedman headers on mine (can't remember which). My only problem was the lower control arm bolt. I just took it out and turned it around, no more problem

I really like the Hooker Competition headers i just installed on my 66.
Excellent quality in my opinion (i've bought many headers in the past).

Still had to do some minor clearancing on both sides, but thats pretty much par for the course for headers.

I got a set of Hooker comps coated and although I never put them on the car myself they looked like it was pretty easy.

Doug thorleys 1 and three quarters. Beautiful period except for a mini starter. I know use hooker super comps that are much bigger for more power.
