Where can I buy Headers for my 1964 Olds Jetstar1 394 cu.in. ?

 

AFAIK, they have never been made commercially. Custom proposition only. You might check header gaskets for more popular engines and see if something is close, then if the headers will fit the chassis, as is or modified. Stuff like small block Chevy and big block Mopar might come somewhere close at the flanges, be possible to modify.

 

I have never heard of aftermarket headers for this application either.

 

There are commercial headers for the first gen Olds V8 in a street rod, but not in a stock passenger car body. You might want to try these folks for a custom set. At least you should be able to buy the exhaust flanges from them:
