Summit doesn't seem to have any, but there's gotta be someone out there making them.

What brand are you running on your '64-'67 Cutlass, and where did you get them?

If your running an SBO your choices are limited and very expensive.

I'll be running a SBO temporarily but I'm trying to plan for when I swap to BBO.

As I explained above you have a lot of options for a BBO. I think most go with Hookers or Heddman.

Lol, where did you explain that above? . All you said was that headers for SBO's are limited; nothing about BBO.

Anyway, I'm having trouble finding them. Summit only has headers for a '64 with LS Chevy swaps...

I have a 64 - 442 and had a cracked header, thought it would be a good time to upgrade, what I found was just the Thorton 350jr's. Thortonmusclecar.com or call 610 282 2494, their run you $299 set. basically their headers that were orginally for 455 but recasted to fit the small block, bigger diameter though. No traditional headers exist that I know of

Right on, thanks. I'll check them out. So they'll fit a 455?

A quick search from Summit for Cutlass model year 65 BBO, you must verify exact application:

http://www.summitracing.com/search/m...ders/year/1965

Nothing for 64 thru Summit.

Appreciate it.

This Car Craft build ran Hedman Headers #58150. A poster above mentioned he ran Hedman on his '65. Seems like a decent bet...

Yeah, mine's a 64. Didn't think there's much of a difference between them. 68 and on is different, I think, as far as header fitment does. There's a bunch available for 68+

The absolute best headers for a big block in a 64-67 are American Racing Headers sold through M&J Proformance. I have them on my car in my sig pic. They are stainless, made in USA and fit the best of any header on the market, but.........they ain't cheap.

The 64 is the same as a 65. Since no 64's came with the BB you wont see a listing. Hookers for a 65 BB fit well in a 64 Cutlass with BB if you use the 65-67 eng mounts and frame mounts.

I wasn't sure on the 64 engine bay, and yes I knew there was no BBO for that year.

Checked out those headers, and yeah, definitely not cheap. Looked very nice though; may consider them if budget allows or I don't find a more economical option.

That makes sense! I'm going to look into getting some different mounts if changing them out will make headers fit, and thanks for suggesting a brand.
