Harmonic Balancer Sleeve?
Can someone point me in the rite direction for a Harmonic Balancer Sleeve for a olds 455 or a reasonably priced new one?

If you mean a harmonic balancer repair sleeve NAPA has them, around 10-12 bucks.
I got one in a timing cover gasket set from there for my 350.
Been on my balancer about four years and no leaks.

a little loctite , block of wood and hammer, or press, or large C clamp

it also helps if you stick the balancer in the freezer for a little while. some times they are real tight and the little extra clearance helps.
