I was just going to get my gaskets at autozone butt searched for them on ebay and there is complete sets for around 30.00...Are these setson ebay a bad idea...

If you are looking for a full kit, I can supply it for about $45 with the sheetmetal intake, or about $35 without. This would be name brand gaskets, not the garbage that you have identified in this post. Depending on what engine you are buying this for, would determine what I have in stock. I'd need to know year and size.

I bought a set of cheap-o gaskets on ebay before. They were all fine except the umbrella seals. I could have broken a window if I threw them at it. They were old and hard.

 

The stock umbrella seals are supposed to be hard. They are nylon.

 

Imma gonna go through my mill I'll check you out when I get going ...
