Fuel System Upgrade - Advice Needed

Made to decision to convert to E85 and need to upgrade the fuel system. Already regret not going the Tanks Inc route with in-tank fuel pump as it has been an ordeal just mounting the Magnafuel pump I got from my tuner. Stocks lines have been removed. Ordered -10AN push lock, which is what my tuner suggested, although that seems to be total overkill.
I’m stumped trying to decide how to proceed. Routing -10 hose is nearly impossible over the stock route on top of the coil spring as it is roughly the same size as garden hose. HWYSTR455 has a great write up on 1/2” hardline install, although hardline is much smaller than hose and the routing around coil spring doesn’t quite work on my ‘68 like on his ‘72.
The Magnafuel pump is -10AN in/out but I assume I can drop to -8AN afterwards if that helps with install. Not even sure regular hose is a good idea under the car as stainless braid or hardline seems common. Appreciate any tips as this has been much trickier than I anticipated.

Hp of the engine?
You’ll need E85 hose everywhere. Make sure you double check it’s compatibility as some are better than others.
