engine still ticking af rebuild

Hey guys

My olds 455 i still ticking after the rebuild

I have changed:

Lifters
rockers arm ( non-adjusterble )
push rods
retainers
keepers
valves ( intake, they were mushroomed why the rebuild )
Heads have been machined and cleaned and intake valves have been machined as well out from specs so they should be the right lenght )

the cam is ok-- no damage

It is quiet when cold but as soon as the engine gets varm the ticking begins... se the movie or sound..... HELP....

I'm sure you've checked this but could a rocker be hitting the valve cover. I had a baffle in my valve cover come loose and a rocker was hitting it.

You need to check pushrod length for lifter preload.
