Engine start after sitting

What do you guys do when starting for the 1st time in about 4 months. Due to health I have not been able to play for the last 4 months
I hope that I can get a little play time next week.
All was good prior to this

Four months? Check fluids and start it. Or you can unplug the coil and crank it until you get oil pressure, but that's a bit overkill.
Hope you feel better.

Make sure the battery is charged, turn the key and crank a few times until it starts.

Four months is about how long the blistering Phoenix summer temps are above 105F and my car sits in the garage - you're in the same boat down there in Tucson..
As said above, check fluids and crank it up.
I usually pour some gasoline into the carb vent to fill the float bowl so I don't have to crank it for an extended period of time to get fuel to the carb. A small funnel and a jar of gas make this easy and contains the mess.
