Edelbrock vs. Offenhauser?

I´m currently running an Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold. Does anyone know the difference between this and the Offenhauser Dual Port 360?

Would it be worth the swap?

I know the answer to that question.
The Offy 360 is best suited as an artificial reef.
The RPM is viable option in a lot of combinations. Hope that's clear enough!

The RPM is 30 years newer technology. That dual port was a wierdo manifold.

I don't know. When I was a kid I had an Offy Dual Port 360 on my 68' 455 and really liked it, but then again, back then there weren't a lot of options. Look at that, cutlassefi and I disagreeing again, who'd a thunk it (Sorry man couldn't help myself, who loves ya baby?) Jag is right, there have been a lot of advances in both design and casting techniques in the last 30 years, and while I don't have anything but anecdotal evidence I'd say you were better of with the Edelbrock.

Common sense should cause one to ask, if the Offy 360 is such a great manifold design, why has NO ONE ever copied it? On the other hand, EVERYONE makes dual plane performance intakes.
