Larger diameter is more accurate. When I was in the market for one, folks pointed me to sites online where you can download and print your own. I didn't have access to a printer/plotter and stiff media so I bought an inexpensive 11" wheel.

More important than the degree wheel is the crank socket. I got a socket that fits the Olds crank snout, stays in place with a setscrew, and has a separate retainer nut for the wheel. You can easily reset the wheel to match TDC, and the socket lets you turn the motor without disturbing the wheel.

The large 18" MOROSO 62191 degree wheel works well
