Decoding engine....

Picture's I took tonight. Trying to figure out a little bit about the engine. Any ideas where I could go to try to decode ?? Thanks!!

'68 to '72 455 block.

'67 to '69 heads.

'69 to '74 Z exhaust manifold from a high-performance B-body.

So you seem to have a '69 455 there, possibly original, possibly not.
If original, it could be out of a 442 or H/O (or maybe just the manifold is).

Tell us the engine number from the driver's side pad, and you can find out more information:
