Comp Cam Rockers

Have a set of the Comp Cam adjustable rockers, that I gave to my son. There is no push rods. Anyone using them, did the push rods that come with the set work? Also what is the length of them?

Sometimes they're OK, but they're really noodly. I've bent quite a few of their stock pushrods. It's worth measuring and buying a higher quality pushrod.
