carburetor linkage for Holley Sniper

I am working on my 1967 442 4 speed and does anyone know how to hook the stock throttle arm up to a Holley Sniper 4150 EFI? I tried to call Holley up but they are closed today! To me it looks like I should hook my rod to the upper arm but my stock rod is not long enough to go there and the carb also has a different type of connection on it! I can,

hook up to the lower arm but it will not have any play in it if I do, like the upper arm has!

That throttle body arm is designed to connect to the cable-style throttle linkage used on the 1968-up cars. The easy answer is to buy the throttle arm extension that Holley sells for the Sniper. This gives you the throw you need for your current linkage. You'll likely still need to fabricate a new throttle rod with a longer rod and possibly get a different end fitting to go over that pin. I've found McMaster Carr is a good source for parts like that. That's where I sourced the parts to build the throttle linkage on my 62.

Not sure if the throttle linkage is similar to my 66 full size. To hook up my too short throttle rod to my 750 double pumper, I got a ball in socket end for the carburetor side and then purchase a long threaded rod, that I cut to length. I didn't even need to bend the rod, but that depends on what's in the way.

So I went to amazon and bought an adapter kit that worked great, I used the FAST 304147 EZ-EFI cable mount kit! Hope it helps!

I do not have a cable! I have a rod coming from mechanism on fire wall.

You could just mirror what you have at the firewall end of your throttle rod, cut the elbow, thread the rod for a ball socket adjustable end, And mount a ball stud on your linkage for your throttle body.

Here is a pic of my setup. I had a second linkage so I used the threaded ball socket end on the carb side too. I think the carb even came with the ball stud I needed.

it appears that your mechanism on the fire wall sets a few inches higher than mine does!
