Which carb and intake? HP Torque estimate? HEI recurve kit. Street/Strip 455
1964 Cutlass 2 door post.
th350 dual feed direct drum, shift kit, built
TCI Breakaway 2500 stall
3.73 gears
Just picked up from the machine shop. 455 .040 over KB 277 pistons. Balanced. Stock rods with ARP bolts .002 bearing clearance. Mains .0025 clearance with +.001 main bearings. JM 25-28 cam. Crower cam saver lifters. Grooved lifter bores. Stock main bolts and main bores. No line hone.
Stock Procomp heads with 2.125 intakes. Headers 2.5 dual exhaust.
I have a Torker and Performer on the shelf. 870 street avenger and 750 3310 Holley on the shelf. Open to purchasing a new carb.
Stock HEI to be recurved?
Want something that runs 12s in the 1/4 on drag radials and runs sweet on the street on a nice day, all day.
