Best stock replacement valve springs?

What are the best set of stock replacement springs to use with the generic 214/224 cam?

Helping out a friend with a 455; has J heads with valve rotators, just want to throw in a set of single set of springs/dampers since the current set is really old. Don't feel like changing retainers and having to measure for new spring heights due to the deep spring pockets.

I see that Sealed Power makes model VS-1618R that is a spring with damper, 81 lb on the seat, 241 open. That's a little lower tension than I'd like, but I'm having a hard time finding other stock replacements that also supply any rate information. The Melling/Sealed Power VS-720 seems to have around the same rates but no damper.

What are people using for stock replacement valve springs with a W30 cam? Those were supposed to have closer to 120 lb on the seat if I remember correctly. Stock F heads would have the same setup with deep spring seats and valve rotators. Thanks in advance for the help.

I had a TRW camshaft that was similar/same. 0.448/0.472 if I recall. I had 100 lbs seat pressure, no problems. I never went over 4800 rpms with the engine. With J heads I would think that's your limit also. I would buy those springs. Jmo
