B-heads 66 toro 425

Anyone tell me about cam bank angle ? Everything I read says b heads will work on a 455.my block has 39 degree cam bank angle and I believe these heads came from a 45 degree 425 block . I placed the head on my block put a rocker ,push rod ,and lifter in . And it appears the push rod is very close to the wall of the hole at the bottom of the head(1/16th of an inch maybe). Shouldn’t the push rod come out the bottom dead center of that hole?ive read that you can open up the size of the push rod hole in these heads for clearance at the machine shop. Is this acceptable or did I throw my money away?

You can open the holes if needed. This is not a big deal.
