Another one of those Olds 455 hood clearance questions.

Building a 455 with an Edelbrock Performer intake (Edelbrock part #2151) that I am planning to eventually swap into a '66 Cutlass with the stock hood.

Anybody running something similar? If so I am wondering how much of an issue I may be up against. My Google research is giving me mixed answers.

Thank you for your time.
Ron

I know for a fact a Performer and Torker will fit under the hood of a 66 with the typical 14x3 air cleaner.

Thank you Matt. That is good to hear as I can re-use my 14x3 air cleaner too.
Happy New Year!
