72 W30 Convertible

72 W30 Convertible

My 1972 convertible w30 (has X in VIN) with numbers matching block has G heads (both sides). I would expect GA heads. Any ideas why no GA heads? Any way to know if they are the original ones? Body has code 04B. Could they be leftovers from '71?

ttt... anyone have any ideas? Is it typical for a 72 W30 to have the G heads as opposed to GA heads?
