68 455 water pump questions

We just got our 68 cutlass and it has a 455 in it from another 68 olds (delta 88 I believe). We need to hook up the alternator, the power steering pump, and get a pulley for the water pump (no A/C on this car). I believe them all to be original.

So my questions are:

We don't have the hardware for hooking them up. We have the brackets but we're missing the nuts, bolts, and spacers for the power steering pump. We have the double ended bolts in the block still. I found a hardware kit on ebay for the power steering hardware but it seems really expensive given what we need (two spacers, two nuts, and one bolt). ebay link
Do I need to get that or could I just find some spacers that are "close" to the right size? For example the one spacer is .402" which is 10.21 mm, would a 10mm spacer be close enough if I can find it? Or is the price really not that bad?

Does anyone know the hardware needed to hook the alternator brackets to the block and then the alternator to the brackets?

What size water pump pulley do I need? I found at least two different sizes online? One reproduction that's 7 1/4" and another that looks original that's 6"-ish. Will either fit, is one better than the other?

One last one because I'm a complete newbie. When getting the hardware do I need any certain grade (8,5,2) or material (stainless, zinc, black oxide)?

Thanks!
