468 assembled and home:)

10.5-1 forged aluminum pistons, crane XE274H cam, roller rockers, Mondello himself did the heads a few years back ( he even signed them for me with an electric pen scribe) block was squared, rods shot penned, oil reducers in place 8 quart mildon pan with high performance oil pump and hp 930 holley carb....just had to show it off

Very sharp looking build.

What piston did you use? Give us the rest of the build specs if you would please.

Note; just an fyi, Crane doesn't make the XE274, Comp does.

More pictures to come, i have owned that 1970 442 W-25 for 30 years...turbo 400 , 3.42 posi, all original interior and body/paint....

Looks great and I have had my 442 for over 30 years, just cant part with it. I am rebuilding my car now and yours looks like it will be tearing the streets up soon. Please give us some more info on the engine build, it looks to be really strong!! Thanks

Dave, thanks for the input and kudos for holding on to your car for so long.

I am working on detailing engine bay, might pull tank get it flushed then redo fuel lines to 1/2 "....going to go with a mechanical fuel pump..was thinking of electric ..still on the fence on this. I have stainless hooker headers for it....i will pull trans out clean it up,repaint ...new u joints and get drive line balanced just to make sure....3.42 posi is in great shape, i will put w-27 cover on it and away we go

right on, i have 3.42 gears...what kind of stall did you use? 2200 2400 or so?
