463 Build

I was a little surprised this one did what it did. It's a 10.0:1 CA build so I ran it on 91 pump instead of the usual 93.

Sorry, not sure why it didn't load the first time.

My Procomp heads with 2.125/1.68 valves
Edelbrock Performer (center divider cut 3/4") No other port match
Custom Lunati Hyd Roller 235/242@.050, .579/.565 lift, 110lsa
RaceTec pistons with 1.5, 1.5, 3.00 ring pack
Federal Mogul mains
Clevite rod brgs
Durabond Cam brgs
Canton 7qt pan
Melling HV pump with purple spring
VR-1 20W-50
QF SS850 (1 jet change)
Pertronix Billet Dist
Accel 9000 wires
Accel 414S plugs
Hooker 1 7/8" Headers

As you can see I run them at what will normally be operating temp. Most don't. Oil didn't even get that hot, that means it's not struggling to make power. That's obviously a good thing!!

What will happen if you didnt cut the center divider 3/4? Can you cut it bigger?

It takes a little out of peak power. I'd only cut it down further if I was using a smaller carb and/or going to spin it up higher.
