455 overheating FAST

Your story is a bit vague. A lot of glitter is an issue as your machine shop stated, but we don't know how much and where it was found. You also did not state the temp the engine reached. Apparently you have already chosen a direction.

it is alot of glitter if i put oil in the car and turn it on in less than a hour it looks an dark greyish color and it was found under the intake gasket along the walls the car doesnt stop heating up i have to turn it off quickly it was running about 230 to 250 degrees.

You're not in English class; it's just that it is hard to read a long paragraph such as that when it has no punctuation. Simply putting a period at the end of each sentence makes it a lot easier for a reader to follow what you are saying.
As far as the engine overheating, the presence of metal in the oil signifies a lot of friction between metal parts, and friction generates heat.
