455 Low-mid 12's on 1/4

I'm building a 455 for my 69 442. Just wondering if its fairly easy to get in the mid 12's with these beasts. i have a 373 posi right now and am running indy firehawk 500's with weld draglites. Was just wondering what type of engine work and oiling work would be needed to reach this on street tires or drag radials. this is my first Olds engine so please fill me in.

Mid 12's is a piece of cake.
What's the budget/plan for cylinder heads?
