425 knockin

Ran it too hard, 100 mph up moutain. Remanufactered motor 1600$ delivered, Has anyone ever heard ( good or bad ) of Engine Wharehouse? Its in Seattle I dont think i can do it at home for that price.

That sounds like a fair price considering it is delivered. I have no experience with them but you should get in writing what they do to the engine and what kind of parts are used and what the specs will be.

Right 1379.00 175.00 shipping and 80.00 fork lift fee for east of rockie mt. 2 yr. 24000 mile warrenty and partial 7 yr 70000 mile warrenty. Stock, but thats ok. It seems cheap. Hopin it aint to good to be true. Nuthin to compare here in N.Carolina

i think I shall spend some phone time with them. Need to talk about how warrenty problems are handled from west to east coast. Need about 3 yrs while running resteration is completed, then origanal will be rebuilt. The way i drive there aint nuthin wrong with havin a spare. ha ha 66 Dynamic Holiday Coupe "THE BIG RED ROCKET"

I checked around with the local guys and no one that I know has used them. From their web site it looks like sell and ship anywere. The parts they list are of average quality nothing special.

I always try to go with a local quality rebuild with a shop were I can look at his work and talk to the people he has built engines for. Just my 2 cents
